Our client, a global leader in smart, end-to-end supply chain solutions, is seeking three accomplished Sales Directors to drive growth within the technology and data center sector across the United States. These are senior, high-impact roles offering the opportunity to shape strategy, win new business, and strengthen relationships with some of the most influential organisations in the industry.

We are looking for proven sales leaders with deep expertise in technology infrastructure and logistics, alongside well-established executive-level networks across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and equipment manufacturers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead business development for logistics solutions in the technology and data center market, including contract logistics, freight forwarding, project logistics, and final-mile delivery.

  • Build and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, OEMs, and systems integrators supporting data center development.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline, navigating complex solution sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution.

  • Lead RFIs, RFPs, and tailored proposals addressing customer needs within the technology and data center ecosystem.

  • Act as a thought leader — providing market insights, representing the business at industry events, and enhancing visibility within the sector.

  • Contribute to regional growth strategies for the technology sector, working closely with global and regional leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or infrastructure, with at least 3 years in sales or business development focused on technology or data centers.

  • Strong knowledge of the data center lifecycle — from planning and buildout through to operations and maintenance.

  • A proven record of selling complex logistics solutions, including warehousing, freight forwarding, and value-added services. Experience with white-glove transportation and reverse/repair logistics is advantageous.

  • Established executive-level relationships across hyperscale, colocation, and network infrastructure organisations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving market.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
