We are looking for a communications leader with proven experience managing large, complex teams and the vision to deliver an integrated strategy that builds brand presence, drives employee engagement, and enhances stakeholder confidence at every level.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the regional communications function, covering media relations, internal communications, brand & content, digital media, public affairs, partnerships, and corporate relations.

• Develop and deliver a long-term, holistic strategy aligned with global priorities across key business pillars — ports & terminals, contract logistics, and freight forwarding.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Regional CEO and C-Level executives, ensuring key messages are clearly communicated and embedded across diverse audiences.

• Shape and deliver effective change communications to support organisational transformation and cultural alignment across a dispersed workforce.

• Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives, ensuring the organisation is positioned as a thought leader in areas such as the future of trade, innovation, and diversity & inclusion.

• Enhance external reputation by driving digital media visibility and strengthening stakeholder engagement with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

• Foster a connected, engaged internal culture by ensuring communications reach employees across offices, warehouses, and ports.
